Ladies and gentlethings!

As the Big Day approaches, we thought it was about time to begin the traditional process of sorting out wedding gifts. If you look just above the title of this post, you’ll see a shiny new “Wedding Gifts” page link (or, you know, you could click this link which will take you there).

Also, please don’t forget that you’re all very welcome to join us in Jamaica for the wedding itself. Gillian has added details of the venue to the “The Wedding” page if you want to find out more. Please do let us know if you want to attend and ensure you book as part of our wedding party. I gather the savings are quite significant.

TO ANYONE WE KNOW AROUND THE MANCHESTER AREA – and this includes those in Bradford, Stoke and Liverpool or anyone who doesn’t mind a bit of a drive. On October 15th Gillian and I (and the family) fly from Manchester Airport to Jamaica to get married.

If any of you fancy meeting up somewhere in the area for a meal, catch-up, beer or whatever on the night of Sunday 14th then please get in touch. We’ll be staying at the Mercure Manchester Airport hotel, so anywhere around there would be great. If we end up just booking a bunch of tables at a Frankie & Benny’s then fine. The more the merrier!

PLEASE if you know anyone who knows us who isn’t on facebook or who might not have read the message, especially if they/you can car-share, then please let them know. Children are, of course, welcome. We’ll have three of our own with us – 11, 4 and 4 months
